Here’s how to start the day
Sleeping late is a very bad habit. So get in the habit of getting up early in the morning. Start the day with some fruit to stay healthy. Eat at least 2 kinds of fruit every day. Have dinner before 9pm and need half an hour of walking after eating anything.

Eat a healthy diet
Make a plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Heavy diet can be taken for breakfast and lunch. But things that are easily digested at night should be eaten. Include foods rich in protein, calcium and fiber in your diet.

Fresh, seasonal and home made meals will be healthy for you. Green vegetables are rich in antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins and zinc. Which helps keep our body healthy and boosts immunity.

Healthy Mind
Get enough sleep for 6-8 hours. This will save you from stress and anxiety while keeping the brain infection good. Read good books Listen to music and take time to plan a walk.

Drink plenty of water
Water is the best part of a healthy lifestyle. A man should drink about 3.7 liters of water daily. While for women its volume should be about 2.7 liters. Water not only works to flush out toxins from our body. But it also keeps the body hydrated.

Workout
Get in the habit of exercising daily. You can stay fit by doing many kinds of exercises at home. Workout at least 5 days a week and about 45 minutes every day.

Junk food
Don’t eat outside fried food, spicy or savory food. Stay away from high sugar or high sodium foods. Don’t even eat deep fried things.
